What we collect

• What you send us. Through the request form: your name, phone number and the kind of help you need, and, if you add them, your email address, street or neighborhood, a note and a photo, plus whether you choose to receive text replies. If you call, text or email us, what you tell us and the number or address you use.
• Where your request came from. The form also records the page you first arrived on, the website that sent you, any campaign tags in the link, and an ad click ID if you came from an ad. This tells us which pages and ads bring in requests.
• Visit statistics. Google Analytics and Jetpack Stats count visits and show how the site is used, such as pages viewed, device type and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies. Call or text taps on this site are also logged with the time, the page, the button and how the visitor arrived, with no name, phone number or other personal details.

Photos taken on a phone can carry the place and time they were taken. You can turn that off in your camera settings before you send one.

How we use it

We use your information to answer requests, give estimates, do and record the work, and improve the website. We don’t sell personal information or use it for advertising profiles.

Text messages

If you choose to receive texts, Top Priority Construction LLC uses your mobile number and messaging information to respond to your inquiry, coordinate appointments, and provide project updates.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to deliver and support communications on our behalf. We do not transfer your consent for another party’s independent use.

SMS Terms

Top Priority Construction LLC sends texts about inquiries, appointments, and project updates to people who request them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. You can also call 910-902-0271. Texting is optional and is not required to purchase goods or services. You may contact us by phone or email instead.

Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Texting does not guarantee an immediate response. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle messaging information.

Services that help us run the site

Our website host and Cloudflare deliver and protect the site; Akismet checks messages for spam; our email provider sends office requests. Jetpack from WordPress.com handles statistics, security, backups and request records; Google Analytics supplies visit statistics. Providers process information only for their roles under their own privacy policies; we may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information while needed for your request and our work records. The law may require us to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can block or delete browser cookies, or use Google’s opt-out add-on for Google Analytics; the site still works without them. You can ask what information we hold about you and request corrections or deletion. We may need to keep it for our records or by law.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
