Roof Guard is TPC’s annual roof maintenance plan for Wilmington, NC homeowners. The yearly visit includes a roof inspection and the small repairs in your chosen plan.
Roof maintenance
A free roof inspection gives you photos and advice; Roof Guard adds paid upkeep, including the small repairs listed below. Prices are per year, and each maintenance plan builds on the one before it.
Bronze
$425 / year
- Walk and inspect the roof
- Reseal penetration points
- Fix nail pops
- Repair or replace up to 20 linear feet of ridge cap
Silver
$625 / year
Everything in Bronze, plus:
- Replace up to 10 shingles
- Replace one pipe boot
Gold
$995 / year
Everything in Silver, plus:
- Up to 2 pipe boots
- Clean all the gutters
Prices may vary with roof steepness and height. If the yearly visit finds work beyond your plan, we give you a free estimate first.
