What does a free roof inspection include?

A free TPC roof inspection covers shingles, flashing, vents, pipe boots and the attic where accessible. You get photos and options for repair, replacement or upkeep. The estimate and advice are also free.

Do I need to be home?

You don’t need to be home for a TPC roof inspection, but we need permission to access the roof. We’ll arrange a time with you. You get photos and options to review afterward.

For ongoing upkeep, Roof Guard offers paid annual maintenance beyond this free inspection. If you need roof repair or replacement, we’ll explain the options after we inspect.
